Our designers use creative and innovative solutions to deliver high-quality experiences our customers will love.Reporting to the Manager of Experience Design for Commerce Experiences, the Senior User Experience Designer will focus on driving innovative and user-centric experiences that optimize the online purchasing, subscription management and renewal journeys. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience design principles, a strong background in ecommerce processes, the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.At Autodesk we look to hire innovators who reimagine possible, those with diverse backgrounds who elevate our thinking, and leaders who shape the world and our future.For consideration, candidates must include both a resume + portfolio with password when applying.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirementsDesign and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systemsConduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutionsWork closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutionsContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metricsAdvocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelinesStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflowsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processesProven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflowsStrong understanding of marketing processes and toolsProficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similarExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExperience with user research methodologies and usability testingPreferred QualificationsExperience in ecommerce - B2B and B2CKnows designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiencesExperience with Agile software design methodsExperience with Autodesk or comparable competitive productsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $106,500 and $183,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
