This role will support complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution, working closely with attorneys on high-stakes commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial litigation cases including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationDraft and review pleadings, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervisionCoordinate document productions and manage large-scale document review projectsInterface with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionallyOrganize and maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendarsConduct factual research and investigation to support case developmentPrepare trial exhibits, witness files, and courtroom presentationsSupport attorneys in contract disputes, business breakups, and commercial collectionsManage bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, and creditors' rights mattersRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experienceStrong background in business litigation, contract disputes, and commercial lawExperience with federal and state court procedures in New JerseyProficiency in case management software and litigation technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple complex cases simultaneouslyParalegal certificate or equivalent experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredInterested in hearing more?
