Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities include and candidate should have experience with: Superior Court Rules and deadlines Create and update litigation files Assist with all aspects of case management Organize and electronically file pleadings Coordinate and schedule calendar/docketing Data base management of all relevant documents Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time - In office Benefits: *Duties* * Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by organizing case files and evidence. * Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies. * Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence. * Manage case files through document management systems like iManage and PCLaw. * Review and summarize documents for relevance and compliance with legal standards. * Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for interviews and depositions. * Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines through effective project management. * Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. * Ensure compliance with tribal laws and regulations when applicable.
