**Position Summary**

Xylem is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to report to our Troy, MI branch and service our equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.

**What your day will look like as a Senior Field Service Technician**

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle, within our Light Industries Division. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

**Position Requirements for Senior Field Service Technicians**

+ HS diploma or equivalent

+ 2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience

+ Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices

+ Ability to work in a high customer facing position

+ Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns

+ Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physicals

+ A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more daily travel- home daily
