Renowned for a collaborative work environment, their experienced team specializes in various construction projects, showcasing a commitment to excellence in the industry.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesRun/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finishDirect subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budgetMaintain quality and safety standardsMentor and manage team membersConduct weekly foreman and safety meetingsCreate and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliersDevelop site utilization and logistic plansDemonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalismMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Construction Superintendent:Ground up commercial construction experience3-5 years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendentStrong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling softwareAbility to travel for out of state assignments.
