What you will do in this role: * Provides administrative support to Marketing Director and sales team * Maintains department's budget * Scheduling and manage Director's calendar * Build relationships and interacts with magazines and other print ad vendors * Manage positive relationships with all marketing vendors * Track and monitor website revisions * Patient scheduling in EMR, Centricity * Manage incoming inquiries through Website * Schedule department meetings * Run reports as needed * Assist patients as needed Supporting HCA Healthcares 186 hospitals and 2,400+ sites of care, Physician Services plays a crucial role as the main entry point for patients looking for high-quality healthcare within the HCA Healthcare system.
