Now is your chance to join the Team and Raise The BarYour Role at Raising Cane's:The Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing programs, processes, and communications for the business. This role will directly support the Brand Programs and Digital Strategy team by contributing to the planning, execution, and oversight of marketing initiatives and tasks within the teams' scope. Additionally, they will manage the Restaurant Marketing alignment and coordinate weekly and monthly communications.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of Brand Marketing programsProvide strategic recommendations on new and existing marketing initiatives and assists with the implementation of systems, processes, and materialsPrepare and manage presentations, collateral, and communications related to Restaurant Marketing for internal and external partiesSupport the deployment of weekly and monthly communications within the Marketing functionPartner with the Restaurant Marketing team to gain feedback and learnings on program performance based on various market typesSupport the analysis of marketing programs and processes by partnering with vendors and FP&A to understand program performance and share results with appropriate teamsAttend weekly and monthly status calls with program vendors and cross functional teams to support program updates, trouble shooting, and general program supportOrganize and maintain databases for Restaurant Marketing assetsSupport other Restaurant Marketing projects and tasks as neededTravel Requirements:Up to 20%Qualifications:1+ years of experience in a marketing support roleBachelor's degree in marketing or similar area of studyStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projectsStrategic forward thinker with a whole business minded approach for short and long-term impactSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WordIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
