We are a mid-sized public accounting firm (80 employees) who have been in business for over 20 years. We are actively looking for a Tax Supervisor, Manager, or Sr. Manager to join our team.The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning processes for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is critical in ensuring that all tax obligations are met accurately and on time while providing strategic tax guidance to enhance operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review federal and state tax returns including 1040, 1041, 1120S, 1120, and 1065 forms.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.Conduct tax research and analysis on various tax issues to ensure compliance with current regulations.Supervise and mentor tax staff to ensure professional growth and proficiency.Interact with clients to provide tax advice and resolve tax-related issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.CPA certification required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
