This Tax Manager role will be instrumental in managing tax compliance, planning, and ASC 740 reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.Salary: 140k- 160k Why Apply? Oversee global direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Manage corporate income tax filings, VAT/GST filings, and related tax reports. Lead ASC 740 tax provision process and prepare supporting schedules. Support international tax structuring, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions. Monitor tax law changes and communicate impacts to leadership. Coordinate and manage tax audits and internal/external reviews. Develop and maintain effective internal controls and documentation for all tax processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning. Qualifications: Tax Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA preferred. 4+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally with Big 4 or multinational corporation. Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, ASC 740, and U.S. compliance. Advanced Excel skills; experience with tax software and ERP systems preferred. Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and implement process improvements.
