As a Security Guard - Retail Mall Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a positive environment for staff and visitors.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
* Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries to support a welcoming atmosphere.
* Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to maintain awareness of security-related concerns within the location.
* Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
