Job DescriptionCivil Litigation Attorney | West Palm Beach, FL A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience in general civil litigation to join its West Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a variety of complex litigation matters within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do • Represent clients in civil litigation matters including contract disputes, commercial litigation, real property issues, and general liability defense. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements. • Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys. • Work directly with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy and achieve favorable outcomes. What We're Looking For • Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar. • 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, commercial litigation, or insurance defense. • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing to a supportive team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
