Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Sacramento, CA

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Join a supportive team of experienced ENT physicians and APCs in a clinic focused role in Sacramento and occasionally Elk Grove
* Mentorship and collaboration from ENT providers
* Opportunity to perform a variety of procedures in clinic
* Serve both pediatric and adult population
* Manage common ENT conditions such as hearing loss, sinusitis, throat disorders, and other ENT complaints

Qualifications:

* Prefer 1 year of clinical practice (post-training); ENT experience highly preferred
* Experience or comfort managing pediatric patients
* Confident communicator, especially with patient families and interdisciplinary teams
* National certification as an NP or PA required
* Must be eligible for licensure in the state of California
* Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth - attendance at ENT specialty conferences (e.g., ENT PA conference) encouraged
