Job Summary and Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG) seeks a highly motivated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Otolaryngology team with our Midtown clinic in Sacramento, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Opportunity Highlights Collaborative team environment - Join a team of two Otolaryngologists and one Advanced Practice Provider within Mercy Medical Group, with strong mentorship and collegial support. Full-time schedule - No call, no nights, and no weekends required. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Compensation and Benefits Salary based on experience within specialty, starting at $141,158 - $187,358 100% employer-covered medical and dental benefits Retirement savings plan with employer contributions Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses. Support for continuing education and professional development PSLF Eligible Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current California Physician Assistant license. NCCPA certification. Strong clinical skills and medical knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
