Senior Business Analyst

Job Description: Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Success organization. This individual will play a key role in driving business strategy, optimizing customer success processes, and enhancing product adoption across multiple enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen and proven expertise in CRM, CSM, and Gainsight systems. Responsibilities: Partner with engineering, QA, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational strategy. Serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance Gainsight product utilization. Manage client onboarding, renewals, and lifecycle management to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor and analyze customer adoption metrics and health scores to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with IT Business and CSM stakeholders, including program managers, across multiple organizational units. Contribute to business strategy development by bringing best practices and data-driven recommendations. Requirement / Must Have: Expert-level knowledge of CRM, CSM, and Gainsight. Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Databricks and SnapLogic. Ability to perform configuration work and strong functional knowledge of D365. Deep understanding of subscription-based models and B2B enterprise ecosystems. Experience working within multi-product environments (10+ products). Experience: 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, customer success operations, or related roles. Proven experience in enterprise-level B2B environments with cross-functional collaboration. Exposure to multi-product and data-driven organizations. Candidates with Salesforce-only backgrounds may not be an ideal fit for this role.
