Director of Recruitment Operations for Information Technology Senior Digital Business Analyst – Onsite, San Jose Pays : $50/hr Contract Duration : 11 months Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and optimizing business processes? We’re seeking a talented Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our team in San Jose Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document user Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, collaborate with system teams, identify root causes, and develop effective process improvement solutions. Map, document, and optimize a variety of sales and logistics processes to boost operational efficiency and system utilization. Lead high‑performing cross‑functional teams including senior managers, employees, SAP consultants, and external vendors. Foster strong collaboration and synergy between IT, business units, and external partners to enable seamless system integration and user adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4-5 years of hands‑on experience as a power user of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules. Strong functional knowledge of end‑to‑end sales and logistics workflows, with deep system‑level understanding of SAP SD/LE (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoicing, RMA, Inventory Management, Pricing, Customer & Material Master, etc.). Ability to write and execute SQL queries for robust data analysis and reporting. Proven capability to analyze business problems, gather requirements, draft clear specifications, design process connections, and collaborate with developers to deliver targeted solutions. Experience driving Process Innovation (PI) initiatives and coordinating cross‑functional projects. Excellent documentation skills and adaptability to new IT systems and technologies. Outstanding communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate successfully with global stakeholders. Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week at our San Jose location. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in process innovation teams. Prior work on cross‑functional projects involving both IT and business partners. Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred.
