Job Description: Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for supporting data warehouse initiatives with a strong focus on healthcare domain projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL, data profiling, functional specification preparation, and source-to-target mapping. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, design detailed mapping documents, and ensure data accuracy through thorough validation and testing. Requirement/Must Have: 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business/Systems Analyst. 5+ years of experience with Data Warehouse, SQL, and Data Profiling. 5+ years of experience preparing detailed Mapping Documents (including joins, filters, and ranking to ensure unique records). 6+ years of experience in Data Warehouse projects, preferably in Sourcing or Outbound Extracts. 6+ years of experience performing UAT/Business Checkout using SQL scripts. 5+ years of experience in Target Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Functional Specifications with business teams. 3+ years of experience in Data Profiling (identifying data issues before loading to the Data Warehouse). Strong healthcare domain experience (mandatory). Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience: At least 8 years in BSA or Technical roles. 3+ years with Data Warehouse and 5+ years with SQL. Experience in healthcare-related Data Warehouse projects. Proven ability to perform data profiling, prepare functional specifications, and validate data accuracy. Strong experience preparing source-to-target mappings and performing gap analysis. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. Prepare detailed functional specifications and mapping documents. Identify and resolve data quality issues through data profiling and validation. Perform UAT and business checkout using SQL scripts. Support Data Warehouse sourcing and outbound extract projects. Present and validate draft data models with stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables. Skills: SQL and Data Warehouse development expertise. Strong data profiling and analysis capabilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and data modeling. Qualification And Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
