We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting function, focusing on journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue analysis, statement consolidations, compliance filings, and intercompany transactions.Key Responsibilities:- Reporting & Analysis: Provide daily flash reports and perform in-depth financial analysis.- Cash & Investment Management: Oversee cash flow and investment tracking.- International Communication: Collaborate with international teams to manage foreign accounting and operational transactions.- Fixed Asset Management: Handle all aspects of fixed assets, from capital requests to monthly depreciation.- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance reports, to assess company performance.- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts regularly.- Tax Preparation: Prepare federal, state, local, and specialized tax filings.- Audit Support: Assist with both internal and external audits, addressing and resolving any audit findings.- Data Flow Management: Oversee the accounting data flow to and from remote locations.- Budgeting: Aid in the preparation and tracking of budgets.- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to various departments and stakeholders.- Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.- Special Projects: Take on additional tasks as required to support business needs.Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.- At least 2 years of previous accounting experience (preferred).- Exceptional attention to detail.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.- Knowledge of tax laws and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
