Key Responsibilities• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy.• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly.• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as needed.• Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance with accounting standards.• Collaborate with external auditors and tax preparers as necessary. Core Competencies• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.• 2-5 years of staff accounting or general ledger experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or ERP systems).• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.• Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.
