Principal Product Manager

Are you an experienced Product Manager ready to make an impact on the future of healthcare? In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of experts from engineering, data science, clinical, and marketing to shape the strategy and growth of a health engagement platform. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multiple product areas, contribute to the development of innovative technology and features, and drive meaningful change in healthcare for our members.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of several key product areas, managing the full lifecycle from initial planning to execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams across UX, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Business Development, and Marketing to inform roadmap priorities.Identify new market opportunities and areas for strategic growth.Set product OKRs/KPIs and lead feature development using data-driven insights and analysis.Help grow the Product function and advocate for customer-centric thinking throughout the organization.Use user research, customer feedback, and market trends to develop long-term product roadmaps.Ensure that all systems, including sensitive data, are secure and comply with industry regulations and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, marketing, finance, or information science). An MBA or MS is a plus.8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in defining software projects, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing deployment.Ability to lead technical discussions and make strategic decisions related to product development.Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other analytics frameworks, with strong analytical skills to make data-driven business decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to reshaping healthcare and improving the quality and affordability of healthcare solutions.
