Are you a strategic and innovative product leader looking to make a real impact? We're seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of a cutting-edge consumer health engagement platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, data science, clinical, and marketing teams to drive product strategy, develop new features, and enhance user engagement. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple product areas, blending hands-on execution with big-picture thinking to deliver meaningful solutions.What You'll Do:Take ownership of highly impactful product areas, leading the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Business Development, and Marketing, to shape and prioritize the product roadmap.Analyze market trends, user research, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.Define product OKRs and KPIs, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and feature development.Lead strategic discussions on technology decisions and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.Contribute to the growth and evolution of the product function by promoting customer-centric thinking and best practices.Ensure all systems and data, including sensitive member information, are managed securely and in compliance with data security policies and HIPAA guidelines.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, finance, economics, information science, or a related field. MBA or MS is a plus.8+ years of experience in product management, project management, engineering, or a related industry.Proven experience in defining software projects, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing end-to-end product development.Strong background in leading technical discussions and influencing technology strategies.Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools, with the ability to use data to drive business cases and decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization that is redefining the healthcare experience.
