The ideal candidate is passionate about food and cooking, has a strong desire to learn, and will have an understanding of what it takes to execute exceptional food in a high volume atmosphere. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, who enjoys working with a close-knit team, and who takes pride in producing incredible product and an overall outstanding guest experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Sous Chef is responsible for managing all daily operations of the kitchen including ordering and inventory, scheduling, expediting, and the performance management of employees. In addition, the Sous Chef helps optimize profits within food and labor costs to ensure that the heart of the house is operating at peak efficiency. The Sous Chef reports directly to the General Manager and the Executive Chef.
