Your leadership and passion for hospitality will help create a welcoming environment for both guests and team members alike.When Does This Adventure Begin?We are currently hiring for the Spring/Summer 2025 seasonWhat You'll Do:Oversee all aspects of sandwich shop operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory management, training, and team development.Monitor labor and sales figures to maintain efficiency and profitability.Attend weekly management meetings to stay aligned with company goals.Engage with guests to ensure a memorable and satisfying experience.Maintain a clean and organized shop, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Handle daily cash drops and end-of-shift financial reports.Support your team wherever needed and foster a positive work environment.Be a flexible team player, ready to take on a variety of tasks as required.We work as a team and believe in supporting each other.
