Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the evening and weekend team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
  • Help manage inventory
  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (foodservice preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A passion for food and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
