This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business insights while mentoring and developing the next generation of finance professionals. ### What You'll Do: - Lead & Develop Talent - Support and mentor finance team members by managing workload, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth. - Financial Planning & Strategy - Partner with business units to facilitate quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. - Data-Driven Insights - Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. - Strategic Communication - Present financial insights in a clear and compelling manner, helping senior leaders make informed decisions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with teams across the organization to drive efficiency, optimize performance, and support business objectives. - Business Case Development - Build robust financial models to evaluate key initiatives, assess risks, and measure success using key performance indicators (KPIs). ### What We're Looking For: #### Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles within a corporate environment. - 1+ year of experience in financial forecasting or analytical modeling. - Strong skills in structuring reports, developing presentations, and managing projects. - Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Accounting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). #### Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Leadership experience, either directly managing a team or leading projects. - Experience driving operational initiatives and delivering measurable results. - Experience working in large-scale retail, Fortune 500 companies, or complex financial environments. - Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA. ### Why You'll Love Working Here: - Growth Opportunities - We invest in our employees, providing opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Collaborative Culture - Work with talented professionals in an inclusive and supportive environment. - Impactful Work - Be a key player in driving business success through data-driven financial strategy.
