Senior Finance Manager, Merchandising Finance

#### Your Impact We're looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to support our Merchandising Finance team. This role plays a key part in driving financial success by partnering with Merchandising leadership to analyze business performance, optimize financial strategies, and support data-driven decision-making. In this high-visibility position, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, enhance profitability, and develop financial insights that shape strategic decisions. You'll also challenge the status quo, dive deep into complex business challenges, and help ensure the company meets its financial goals. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. ---### What You'll Do - Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts. - Serve as the primary finance partner for a Merchandising division, providing actionable insights and identifying financial risks and opportunities. - Manage key financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including weekly business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning. - Drive business performance through financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and strategic recommendations. - Develop and deliver insightful financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases for key initiatives and programs. ---### What We're Looking For #### Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in finance or an analytical role - 2+ years of experience in strategic and financial modeling - 3+ years of experience leading teams, either directly or indirectly - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) #### Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading cross-functional projects on enterprise-level initiatives - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy - CPA, CFA, or CMA certification (a plus) ---### Why Join Us?
