You'll work on a variety of matters including estate planning, tax law, asset protection, and wealth preservation, helping clients protect their assets and plan for future generations.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other essential documents.Advise clients on strategies for wealth preservation, tax planning, and avoiding probate.Stay current on developments in estate planning, tax law, and other relevant legal fields to provide the most up-to-date advice to clients.Collaborate with other legal professionals to offer seamless, top-tier service.Assist clients with the probate process, including estate administration and potential litigation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.At least 5 years of experience in estate planning, particularly with high-net-worth clients.Expertise in drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.A strong understanding of tax law, asset protection, and wealth preservation strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to addressing complex legal issues.A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to shared success.High ethical standards and a strong commitment to client confidentiality.Active membership in the state bar.If you're a skilled attorney passionate about estate planning and committed to providing outstanding service to high-net-worth clients, we want to hear from you.
