This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to work with high-net-worth individuals, providing them with comprehensive estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on trust and estate planning matters, including complex tax issues, charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.Assist with the administration of estates and trusts, including preparing and filing required tax returns and working with fiduciaries.Provide counsel on succession planning, lifetime giving, and estate planning for retirement assets.Collaborate with clients to ensure their family wealth is managed and transferred efficiently.Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas, including corporate, employment, real estate, and environmental law, to address client needs holistically.What You Bring to the Table:2-4 years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration.Strong knowledge of state and federal tax laws.Familiarity with succession planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation, and charitable giving.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A team-oriented mindset with a focus on client service.Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar (required).We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all qualified candidates receive equal consideration for employment.
