Account DirectorAbout the RoleAre you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving digital transformation? We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with mid-market and enterprise brands, helping them implement digital strategies and solutions that drive revenue, streamline operations, and accelerate innovation.As an Account Director, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects and long-term partnerships. You'll collaborate with specialists across product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), e-commerce strategy, development, analytics, marketing, and more. If you're a consultative seller, strategic thinker, and exceptional communicator, this role is perfect for youWhat You'll DoBuild and grow client relationshipsServe as a trusted advisor, helping clients develop their digital roadmaps and annual budgets.Identify opportunities to expand our partnership by introducing new solutions that align with client goals.Work closely with our New Business team to pursue, qualify, and close new accounts.Lead strategic initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring project success from start to finish.Maintain involvement in projects after the sale, fostering long-term relationships and guiding clients through their digital transformation.Collaborate with internal experts to develop and execute innovative digital solutions.Drive client and internal communicationEnsure every client interaction is positive and productive.Rally internal teams to execute successful global product data projects, customer segmentation initiatives, and e-commerce implementations.Set and manage client expectations effectively.What We're Looking ForRequired: Experience in a systems integrator, digital agency, or client-side digital role.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.5+ years of sales experience in an account-facing, consultative role.Strong understanding of digital ecosystem principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with contracts, statements of work, and strategic presentations.Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies.Strong business development skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and processes.Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen.A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to working with clients.Bonus PointsExperience in manufacturing or distribution industries.B2B e-commerce expertise.Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.Background in project management or digital marketing.What Success Looks LikeLeading multiple client interactions daily, ensuring enterprise customers receive top-tier service.Collaborating with internal teams to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication effectively.Translating client objectives into actionable strategies.Providing insights and reporting on sales progress and forecasts.Thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Work Environment & BenefitsThis role is 100% remote, with the option to work from our headquarters in Tennessee.
