Job Description:Are you a passionate marketing professional eager to make a meaningful impact? As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing vision and driving growth. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals, utilizing collaborative marketing efforts and industry insights. You will lead a dynamic marketing team and create innovative approaches to maximize commercial growth within our community.Key Responsibilities:Shape and execute our marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Oversee Demand Generation and Lead Generation initiatives, along with our digital presence.Manage and strategically allocate the marketing budget.Develop engaging content for various platforms, including web, email, social media, paid ads, and promotional materials.Lead all content and messaging projects for current and upcoming products and services.Monitor and assess marketing campaigns, making improvements as needed.Foster outreach efforts within our community to support significant commercial growth.Launch incentive projects, such as referral programs, to enhance customer engagement.Collaborate closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.Direct the content strategy for our website and all marketing materials.Serve as a marketing leader, partnering with Sales and Product teams to maintain strong cross-platform relationships and integrate CRM methodologies into our digital marketing efforts.Plan and execute industry-specific events, representing our brand as needed.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance metrics.Utilize market intelligence tools like ZoomInfo to identify key decision-makers, enhance lead generation, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies.Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to create personalized campaigns and build high-value customer relationships.Experience and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a Cybersecurity or SaaS environment.Proven track record in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that lead to significant commercial growth.Previous experience managing a marketing team, with a strong focus on Demand and Lead Generation.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.Excellent expertise in content marketing and managing websites, including collaboration with third-party suppliers.Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and project management abilities.Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.Willingness to travel as needed.Benefits Include:Health Insurance with 80% paid by the employerDental Insurance with 80% paid by the employerVision Insurance with 80% paid by the employerSick, vacation, and holiday leaveEquity options offered for all employeesEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 95,000.00 Per Year
