Your primary focus will be to support the digital sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to post-sales management.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Collaborative Support:** Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to address all account needs and provide exceptional service.- **Consultative Role:** Engage with cross-functional teams to offer valuable media insights that inform strategy, best practices, targeting recommendations, and optimization suggestions.- **Sales Package Development:** Create and deliver effective digital sales packages tailored to client needs.- **Media Plan Adjustments:** Revise media plans based on feedback from agencies and AEs to ensure alignment with client objectives.- **Sales Collateral Creation:** Develop engaging sales materials for meetings, presentations, and pitches, including sales decks and mock-ups.- **Prospecting Assistance:** Support AEs in prospecting efforts using sales tools and staying updated on industry trends.- **RFP Coordination:** Collaborate with internal departments to build comprehensive sales materials and packages for RFPs across our Digital Portfolio (Streaming, Highlights, Connect, Social).- **Pricing Strategy Communication:** Coordinate with Sales Pricing and Strategy teams as needed to discuss pricing strategies.- **Campaign Management Guidance:** Provide direction to the Digital Client Service Coordinator on campaign management and stewardship.- **Campaign Oversight:** Manage campaigns through effective stewardship, utilizing internal and third-party reporting systems.- **Deadline Management:** Ensure timely completion of plans by effectively managing time and internal deadlines.- **Administrative Support:** Perform administrative tasks such as order maintenance, billing reconciliation, and conducting industry research and analysis.- **Mentorship:** Foster a supportive environment by mentoring junior team members, encouraging growth, innovation, and creativity.- **Additional Duties:** Undertake other job-related responsibilities as assigned.**Qualifications:**- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.- 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; PowerPoint skills are preferred.- Familiarity with basic CRM systems is a plus.- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with tools such as MOAT, Innovid, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Campaign Manager, FreeWheel, ComScore, DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, and Extreme Reach is beneficial.**Travel and Physical Requirements:**- This position is primarily office-based and involves sedentary work.- Minimal travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.**Compensation:**The base salary for this role ranges from $68,000 to $72,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, certifications, and specific work location.
