The Recruiter (hybrid position) will join our Human Resources department as the point person responsible for managing the life-cycle recruiting throughout the company, utilizing creative, effective internal and external sourcing methods. This position will be responsible for identifying talent as well as establishing recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines for all open positions within the organization.Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions for all roles in the companyManages resume screenings, phone and in-person interviews, reference checks and background checks, advising on hiring decisions, and offersServes as a positive and knowledgeable touchpoint for candidates and new hiresManages recruiting partnerships with recruitment vendorsOversees accurate updating of Applicant Tracking System - JazzHRUses resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events to identify and attract quality candidatesDevelops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidatesMaintains affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industryParticipates in strategy sessions within organization to gain full understanding of staffing needs for each departmentEnsures seamless handoffs between internal personnel through the screening, interviewing, and hiring processStays abreast of legal limitations or requirements in interviewing candidatesConsistently maintains a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiringAnalyzes staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of strategies and processesNon-Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesInvolvement with HR projects (as necessary)Job Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbalStrong relationship building skillsDetail oriented with strong planning, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to adapt swiftly to changing company needsStrong decision-making skillsComfort working in a fast-paced environmentExperience and Education2-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably on a multi-state basisExperience managing relationships with job applicants/candidates, colleges and universities, and/or other sources of entry level talentExperience in fast-paced, high-volume settings requiring a sense of urgency, with demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, receive constructive feedback, and maintain adaptability and flexibilityBachelor's degree with concentration in business, human resources, or related disciplineEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 1.00 Per Year
