Are you an experienced finance or accounting professional with a passion for leadership and process improvement? We're looking for a Manager of Business & Finance to oversee financial operations, resource management, and business analysis in a dynamic healthcare setting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with various teams, including administration, clinical operations, and support staff. ### What You'll Do: - Lead financial operations, overseeing budgeting, procurement, and general business functions. - Manage and develop a team, ensuring compliance with government regulations and best practices. - Analyze business and financial data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with leadership to drive performance improvement initiatives and identify innovative solutions. - Serve as a key liaison between operational teams and centralized accounting functions. - Support contract negotiations, payroll, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance efforts. ### What We're Looking For: Required Experience: - At least five (5) years of experience in finance or accounting. - A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment. - Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software. - Hands-on experience with data analysis, business administration, and process improvement. Preferred Experience: - Seven (7) years in finance or accounting, with at least three (3) years in management. - Experience in an academic medical center or physician practice. - Project management expertise and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Education & Certifications: - Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Health Administration. - CPA, CMA, CHFP, or FHFMA certification is a plus. ### Additional Details: - May require occasional early mornings, late evenings, or weekends based on leadership needs. - Limited travel may be required. ### Why Join Us?
