Seeking a paralegal/legal assistant for a senior partner in our Naperville law firm. Must have 5 years of experience as a litigation assistant/paralegal, great organizational skills, strong typing accuracy, proficiency in MS Word, and good references. Duties will include coordinating partner's schedule, curating his email, answering calls, providing clerical support, client intake, and organizing/maintaining case files and filings. This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. We are looking for a professional who is flexible, dedicated, and motivated, with great communication skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines. The ideal applicant will also have paralegal research and writing skills.We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience, plus bonuses, health insurance, vacation days, and a 401K.This is not a remote position.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 1.00 Per Year
