We are working with a well-established, successful estate planning & probate law firm in Naperville that is seeking a Probate Paralegal to join the team
In this role, you will support attorneys by drafting essential legal documents, managing client communications, and ensuring cases run smoothly from start to finish.
Probate document drafting
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Mid-level paralegal experience preferred within probate law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Smokeball or similar legal practice software is a bonus
