Ideal candidate will have experience with validity analysis, freedom-to-operate, and drafting complete patent applications. Experience with licensing agreements and corporate deal support is a positive. Litigation experience is not required, and it is not a substitute for the prosecution experience. Biology or Chemistry degrees required, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical and/or bio-tech industries.
