Bayes PLLC is a law firm in the DC Metro area, specializing in all aspects of intellectual property law, from IP procurement, counseling to litigations and invalidity proceedings. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time role for a Patent Prosecution Attorney/Agent at Bayes PLLC. As a Patent Prosecution Attorney/Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with patent drafting and patent preparation prosecution, with opportunities to expand to invalidity proceedings, litigations, and due diligence. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in the Tysons-Washington DC Metro Area, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications At least two years of experience in patent drafting and patent prosecution Solid technical background in one or more of semiconductors, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, medical devices, consumer electronics, renewable energy and storage.
