Sr. Project Manager

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER AMP Agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of creative production on a media and analytics-driven account. This candidate must be comfortable with managing multiple projects in parallel, many of which require the execution of a high volume of deliverables. This role is expected to engage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including clients, on behalf of the agency. Responsibilities: Lead complex, integrated programs through the development of project staff plans, schedules/timelines and budgetsIdentify, communicate and hold internal and external partners accountable in meeting key dates/milestonesTrack the pacing of in-flight projects and proactively remove barriers and/or escalate risk to the appropriate internal and/or external team membersWork across departments, including media and analytics, to keep projects on trackCollaborate and manage workflows to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetEstablish relationships with internal cross-functional teams (and in some instances, external clients) in order to deliver on complex projects and programsManage one or more direct reports; responsible for hosting weekly 1:1s, on-going career coaching, annual goal setting and conducting performance reviewsSpeak to cross-functional resource assignments and allocations, as well as projected needs, on a weekly basisMonitor financial health of projects, including weekly reviews of burn ratesSeek out new solutions while still delivering cutting edge, best in class brand experiences and digital programs Requirements/Skills: Minimum of 6+ years experience in digital Project ManagementAbility to understand and speak to all aspects of digital marketing including: scope discovery, strategy, creative development, production/execution and technology/innovationExperience working directly with clientsExperience working on programmatic and dynamic creative campaigns a plusExperience with creative A/B testing with ongoing optimizations based on performance readoutsFoundational understanding of media and analytics reporting and background of working closely with these groupsExperience working with an integrated agency teamStrong written and verbal communication skills tailored to the appropriate audience, including effective presentation skillsAbility to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both as an individual contributor as well as an individual in a team environmentDetail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skillsProficiency in the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive) and the MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Office)Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is a plusRole will be remote with the flexibility of working in-office if located in BOS or NY About AMP Agency AMP Agency is a full-service, integrated marketing agency with offices in Boston, New York, Seattle and Los Angeles.
