If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and helping people find their perfect home, this is your opportunity to shine.What We're Looking For:Professional and polished office presence with excellent communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedMinimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience requiredKey Responsibilities:Conduct apartment tours and leasing presentationsLease and pre-lease apartments, ensuring all paperwork is completed accuratelyIdentify qualified leads through referrals, networking, and marketingMaintain a strong closing ratio to meet community goalsAssist with resident events, social media marketing, and brand managementMonitor parking and community areas, ensuring compliance with policiesCommunicate professionally with residents, team members, and property managersEnsure adherence to Fair Housing Laws and company policiesRequirements:Multi-family leasing experience is a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Yardi, Onsite, or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skillsGo-getter attitude with a passion for leasing and salesValid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual English/Spanish Required.
