BigShots Indoor Range & Gun Store is searching for candidates to join our team of Range Safety Officers and Gun Store Sales Associates. We are in immediate need of weekday and weekend availability. We are looking for individuals who operate well within a team and can help us during the week, as well as weekends (various shifts available). Our expectations for candidates is to provide the highest level of customer service, sell firearms and accessories while ensuring range safety procedures are adhered to. We are looking for candidates who can drive sales and promote a friendly, safe and inviting atmosphere to all. Candidates will be expected to thrive in a dynamic and often stressful environment whilst still being able to adhere to strict ATF and SOP guidelines. You will be expected to handle situations involving live firearms. Maintaining a set standard of range cleanliness and maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Provide friendly and professional customer service on the sales floor and on the telephone

- General maintenance of the store and range

- Firearms, ammunition and accessories sales

- Take payments and operate the register

- Maintain inventory and stock replenishment

- Ensure the safety of range users, including educating and enforcing strict guidelines and range SOP's

- Monitor all activity on the shooting lanes at all times while working as a Range Safety Officer

- Daily cleaning and maintenance of range facilities

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
