Responsibilities include:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients feel valued and respected.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our diverse clientele, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services through various channels, including social media.

Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, creating an inviting space for all customers.

Assist with inventory management and orders, ensuring our selection meets the diverse preferences of our customers.

Participate in outside events, representing our brand with pride and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but we encourage all enthusiastic individuals to apply, regardless of their background.

Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus, as we leverage these platforms to engage with our audience.

Knowledge of cigars and the cigar industry is beneficial, but not mandatory - we are excited to provide training and support.

Excellent customer service skills, making everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

A team player who can also work independently, taking initiative and contributing to our shared success.

Willingness to assist with administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of our store.

Job Type: Full-time
