Sales and Technician Repair Associate

What you will be doing:

Our team of Retail Associates have a great passion for technology and connecting customers to products that enhance their everyday lives through exceptional customer support and technical expertise. We sell solutions-based products and services by building authentic connections with customers that drive long-lasting relationships. The In Store Solutions Expert will work inside a retail store, and be the face of Asurion, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences. You will also be cross trained in repairing devices such as phones, tablets, gaming systems and computers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Resolving customer issues by troubleshooting and repairing their electronic devices

· Consultive approach in offering and selling Asurion Connected Home Services.

· Expand your knowledge of Asurion's products and culture

· Deliver world class and professional customer service

· Flexibility to work at any of our locations in the metro area

Here's what you'll bring to the team:

· A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions

· A love for people and the devices that enrich their lives

· One or more years of customer service/retail sales, mobile carrier sales, or outside sales experience strongly preferred

· A willingness to learn and leverage sales resources provided by Asurion

· The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment

· Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives

· Ability to work a flexible retail schedule

· Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner

· Strong teamwork, collaboration, and time management skills

· Must possess the ability to Multitask

· Must have Reliable transportation.

· All candidates are required to pass a Background, Drug Test and have a clear Driving Record.

· Provide additional recommendations to customers in accessories we sell to protect their devices

· Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment

· Must have at least 1 year of Sales Experience

Compensation:

· Competitive pay

· High Commissions on selling Asurion Services, accessories, etc…

· Continuing corporate education and paid training

Pay Rate: $14-$16 per hour to start (depending on experience) Plus Commissions.

Job Purpose: Serve customers by providing the best repair solution and experience along with selling Asurion Device Protection Services.
