As an HR Associate at NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes and NVHomes, you will provide HR support to a dynamic team and assist in the delivery of HR services to the business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR Team members to support hiring, retention, and development
  • Support the recruiting function by preparing job offer letters
  • Facilitate the background check and I-9 process for new hires
  • Support employee benefits administration including the annual benefits open enrollment process, audits, and leave of absence management
  • Answer employee and management questions on a variety of HR related topics including providing basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Develop reports and analyze data to drive decision making and process improvements
  • Manage and maintain information within NVR's HRIS
  • Support adhoc projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Prior administrative or Human Resources administration experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
