Coordinator, TV Post-Production

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in its Television Post-Production department. We're seeking a talented individual with a strong understanding of post-production who can provide administrative support and help manage various stages of our productions.
Responsibilities- Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air
- Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department
- Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets
- Serve as the primary administrator for our library of television content across multiple platforms
- Maintain and update the Post Manual/Checklist in collaboration with department executives
- Attend, participate in, and take notes during virtual post meetings with vendors, production teams, and internal staff
- Assist with post calendar creation and budgeting
- Provide general support to the team as needed
- Previous experience in post-production required
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized; no task is too small
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with streaming platforms, Airtable, Aspera, and DocuSign
- Passion for the television industry and post production
- BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
- Access to a car, for job related runs
