This role requires navigating technical complexity, diverse platform requirements, and cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, content, and business stakeholders. • Drive off-platform integration strategy, ensuring feature parity, performance, and platform compliance
  • Partner with Engineering and external platform teams to deliver features that meet Roku's standards for quality, speed, and reliability
  • Leverage data, experimentation, and research to guide prioritization and measure success
  • Balance cross-platform consistency with platform-specific optimization to deliver the best possible experience per device
  • Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Business Development to support growth, ad monetization, and engagement goals
  • Manage external dependencies and ensure compliance with platform, privacy, and partner requirements

We're Excited If You Have

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with increasing scope and cross-functional impact
  • Proven success in building and scaling multi-platform consumer streaming products
  • Experience in AVOD, SVOD, or FAST environments
  • Strong understanding of connected TV ecosystems, web playback, and platform-specific certification processes
  • Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, authentication, and content playback pipelines
  • Experience managing external partner relationships or integrations with device OEMs and platform providers
  • Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills grounded in data and experimentation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams and influence decisions across functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

The Roku Culture

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
