Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate and property management who want to contribute to the success of a locally respected property company. The associate will assist in daily operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination, ensuring the highest standards of property management are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent payments, and service requests.
  • Support leasing activities, including property showings, application processing, and lease documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of property activities, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and emergencies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, courteous, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $4,660.00 per month
