Retail Sales Advocate – Giant Communications (Metro by T-Mobile)

What You'll Do:

  • Match customers with the right products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
  • Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Complete sales paperwork and reports accurately.

Work Schedule:

  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Typical hours: 9 AM – 8 PM (weekly schedule provided).
