Responsibilities

• Elevate Excellence: Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere in our boutiques.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, designers, and brand ethos to provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance.
• Tailor Your Journey: Build strong customer relationships through active listening, tailored recommendations, and exceptional service.
• Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise, providing individualized styling advice and creating memorable experiences.
• Utilize your strong sales acumen to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the boutique's success.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure product displays are aesthetically aligned with our brand's image.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and designers, enhancing product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey from initial contact to after-sales service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the overall growth and excellence of the boutique.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stylist in luxury retail, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.
• Passion for fashion, art, and luxury, with a strong eye for detail and design.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Commitment to fashion with integrity through impeccable presentation and customer service standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
