Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Online Marketplace Specialist/ E-commerce Specialist with a background in setting up, managing Leads, and generating sales on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. Background in medical supplies sales will be a plus. This role focuses on promoting and selling Medical supplies and equipments through online platforms such as our website, e-commerce sites, and social media. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in digital marketing with a sales-driven mindset and a passion for helping patients access the products they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote DME products.
- Manage and optimize online listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).
- Create and refine product descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Generate qualified leads through online advertising and outreach.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with online orders.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with DME regulations and company standards.
- Design or oversee creation of 3D graphics for product marketing.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online marketing and e-commerce sales (DME or healthcare industry preferred).
- Proficiency with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing guidelines (a plus).
- Must be available to attend in-person and virtual meetings on an alternating weekly basis.
