About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-driven Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This part-time role (16–30 hours per week) offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a real impact in a growing international company.

You'll work closely with the COO and our Accountant, to keep financial process running smoothly, while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Process incoming invoices, schedule and prepare payments to vendors, reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
  • Accounts Receivable: Create sales invoices, send reminders and statements, follow up directly with customers on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end accounting.
  • Manage incoming mail and provide general administrative support.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, proactively resolve issues and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (bookkeeping, accounting support, or office administration).
  • Comfortable using accounting software and MS Office/Google Suite. Experience with QuickBooks Online is beneficial. Experience with Excel is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional communication skills — not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Experience with Work in Progress (WIP) tracking/Project Administration is beneficial.
