Job Description

We are thrilled to present an exclusive opportunity to volunteer at UNLEASH America 2026, the world's leading HR Conference & Expo, on March 17-19, 2026, at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. This experience offers students direct involvement in the international festival of HR, where they can gain invaluable experience, expand their networks, and learn first hand from industry innovators shaping the future of work.

About the UNLEASH America Volunteer Program:

Step up as a Volunteer and become a driving force in the most impactful HR event on the planet.  The UNLEASH Volunteer Program immerses students in essential areas such as production, event management, Socials & media, and partnerships. This real-world experience will allow students to enhance their professional skills and add high-impact credentials to their resumes.

Key Responsibilities:   

Support the seamless execution of UNLEASH by managing logistics, coordinating with high-profile speakers, coordinating schedules, providing on-site assistance, resolving last-minute issues and fostering key partnerships. In these dynamic roles, you'll handle everything from event setup and on-site assistance to building valuable connections with industry leaders.
